Too busy parenting to write at the present time, but read a fascinating article in Newsweek on the Creativity Crisis in our country. I shall post on that soon. In the meantime, I am chauffeuring EE to and from Robotics camp. Which he is loving and I am trying to find creative ways to spend the 7 hours he is there without using my credit card in the process.

My oldest is saving his money so he can buy a Lego Mindstorms Robotics whatchacallit. Robotics camp wasn’t in the cards this year, but will be next year!
EE actually asked for LEGO gift cards for Christmas too. Which was terrific because it made it easier for him to ‘save’ more quickly. (I certainly wasn’t buying that thing. I just about fainted when I saw the price tag.) He told his aunts and god mother that is what he wanted to buy with them and they all thought it was awesome that he was ‘saving’ for it.
It is one heck of an awesome toy though. BTW – Robotics camp rocked. The boys will LOVE it.
